I have a copy of your 4-23-04 article that was in the Chicago Sun Times entitled: 'Is Military Draft In The Works?'.  I also have a news clipping an article by Roberts Burns dated 4-23-04 in the same paper noted above entited; "Rumsfeld Says There's No Plan For Draft'.

I also have a copy of H. R. 163 in front of me, dated January 7, 2003 of a 'Bill' entitled; 'Universal Natonal Service Act of 2003 (Introduced in House)

Mr. RANGEL ( for himself, Mr. MCDERMOTT, Mr. CONYERS, Mr. LEWIS of Georgia, Mr. STARK, and Mr. ABERCROMBIE) ubtridyced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Armed Services.

A BILL

To provide for the common defense by requiring that all young persons in the United States, including women, perform a period of military service. (underlined is me..JW)

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

Mr. Greeley, this 'Bill' has 12 sections of contents and it entitles per Sec. 4 ..Implementation by the President.  Sir, NEVER has this nation drafted WOMEN for military duty.  There is a 'twin bill' in the U. S. Senate...S. 89.  All wording is the same.  The politicans are playing a mindgame with the national press and the masses at this time.  Everyone in Washington, D.C. seems to be denying the fact that there is no plan for the draft.  This is a very clever lie to the nation.

I have been told, from retired military Officers in the know, that regardless of who is elected, that this draft bill will be activated around March of 2005.  Neither political party wants to discuss this going into the Presidental Election.  They plan to let it lay dormat until after the national election and then spring it onto the masses, to see their sons and daughters drafted.  This is a very evil deception.

Mr. Greeley, I do not have you physical address, or I would have already sent you a hard copy of this bill that I have typed a portion out to you in this email.  The masses deserve to know what is lurking in the shadows of Washington, D.C. as to the future of their sons and daughters.

Haven't we already suffered greatly in all ways by the blundering Bush admnistration and his cabinet?  Haven't they already cast enough shame upon this nation as per their lies of WMD and all else?  And now the national shame of what has been administered to prisoners in Iraq, and it is just the very head of a long needle.

Mr. Greeley, I pray the you write an article of total exposure relating to this Senate and House bill that is just waiting in the wings that will take away the sons and daughters of this nation to fight in another place of the world.  All fathers and mothers have to be made aware of what is coming against their children and households.
